Senior Manager Procurement (Solar Cell Manufacturing)

As a Senior Manager – Procurement, you will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials, chemicals, equipment, and spare parts for TOPCon Solar Cell Manufacturing operations while driving cost optimization and supplier excellence.

- Lead procurement of raw materials, chemicals, consumables, equipment, and spare parts for TOPCon solar cell manufacturing.
- Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and vendor development.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to support operational requirements.
- Drive inventory optimization and ensure timely availability of critical materials and spare parts.
- Prepare and track procurement MIS reports, supplier performance, procurement KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Implement supply chain risk mitigation and alternate sourcing strategies.




- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, cost reduction, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of procurement/supply chain experience, preferably in Solar Cell Manufacturing (TOPCon).
- Strong knowledge of TOPCon solar cell manufacturing materials, equipment, and supply chain requirements.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
