Responsible for processing complex 401(k) and retirement and investment transactions while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution. The role supports retirement and investment operations through transaction processing, tax treatment, reconciliations, exception management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day financial and retirement operations by reviewing and processing client-related transactions, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to applicable policies and regulatory requirements. Analyze and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and exceptions while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Contribute to reconciliation, reporting, quality control,



and process improvement activities while consistently meeting service and performance expectations.

Qualifications

Experience in Investment Operations, 401(k), retirement services, financial services, with knowledge of retirement transactions, tax processing, RMDs, rollovers, Estate and Split payouts, distributions, reconciliation, and operational controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid learning agility, and the ability to manage complex transactions while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
