Role Description The Process Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Process

Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing process designs for LNG and natural gas facilities, preparing process simulations, calculations, and documentation, and supporting the selection and specification of process equipment. Daily activities include analyzing process data, troubleshooting operational issues, assisting in process control strategy development, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams such as mechanical, electrical, and project management.



The role involves participation in design reviews, HAZOP and safety studies, and providing technical input during project execution and commissioning.

The Process

Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and environmental performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with a solid understanding of natural gas and LNG-related processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Process Design and Process Control, including familiarity with process simulation tools and control philosophy development.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret process data, diagnose issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in oil & gas, LNG, or related process industries is preferred.
- Working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety practices in process engineering.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site at project and office locations in Ahmedabad.
