Dental RCM Process Associate Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India | Shift: US Eastern Time

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our US Dental RCM team. No prior dental billing experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Assist with dental insurance verification and claims

- Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable

- Assist with payment posting and denial management

- Communicate with US dental offices and insurance companies

- Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes

Requirements

- Freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience

- Good English communication skills

- Basic computer and MS Office skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Willingness to learn US dental insurance and billing

- Comfortable working US hours

- Reliable and able to work independently
