- Position: Customer Support Executive – Night Shift (Inbound Voice)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance, Subsidized Meals, Free Cab Drop, Attendance Bonus ₹1,000/month, Annual Bonus up to ₹15,000, PF & ESI coverage
- Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (In office)

Shift & Schedule:

- Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Time Zones)
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)

Role Overview

- Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. Healthcare customers – no sales, no targets.
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide empathetic, clear, and accurate customer support.

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation or Diploma is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
