HLG Business Solutions is looking for a skilled PRO Typist with proficiency in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate should be capable of typing official documents in Arabic, translating content between Arabic and English, and supporting documentation and administrative tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and type official documents in Arabic and English.
- Translate documents from Arabic to English and English to Arabic accurately.
- Draft and proofread official letters, applications, and government-related documents.
- Ensure proper formatting and error-free documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding document preparation and submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client documents.
- Assist with general administrative and documentation-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to understand spoken Arabic and accurately interpret conversations.
- Strong typing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Good translation skills from Arabic to English and English to Arabic.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
