Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Private Banker role based in Bengaluru.

The Private

Banker will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing holistic financial advice and tailored banking solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed financial reviews, designing and implementing investment and asset allocation strategies, and coordinating with internal specialists across wealth, capital, insurance, and legacy planning. The role involves originating new client relationships, deepening existing ones, managing credit and liquidity needs, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory and internal risk standards.

The Private

Banker will prepare and present proposals,



monitor portfolio performance, respond to client inquiries promptly, and maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to analyze client situations and design comprehensive strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Investments and Asset Allocation expertise to build and manage diversified portfolios aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
- Candidates should possess Private Banking experience, including relationship management, advisory capabilities, and familiarity with banking products and services for affluent clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and quantitative abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment in risk management.
- Candidates should possess proven experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking; prior exposure to high-net-worth clients is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, uphold ethical standards, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
