Your Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and sourcing suitable vendors.

- Contacting suppliers and obtaining quotations.

- Comparing supplier pricing and preparing cost comparison sheets.

- Following up with vendors until quotations, documents, and requirements are fully completed.

- Maintaining accurate supplier and procurement records in Zoho ERP.

- Updating procurement status in real time.

- Monitoring purchase timelines and proactively identifying potential delays.

- Coordinating with Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Sales to ensure smooth execution.

- Preparing reports and procurement updates for management.

- Supporting procurement planning for export orders.

Success in this role is measured by task completion, accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership, not simply activity.

Who We're Looking For

You will be a strong fit if you:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related discipline.

- Possess a basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, logistics, exports, or international trade through your education, internship,



or previous work experience.

- Are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business data.

- Communicate professionally over phone, email, and messaging platforms.

- Are organised and disciplined in following up until tasks are completed.

- Are technology-savvy and eager to learn ERP systems, analytics platforms, and AI tools.

- Take ownership of your work and proactively update stakeholders on progress.

- Are looking to build a long-term career in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or international trade.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will be considered an advantage:

- Internship or prior experience in procurement, logistics, freight forwarding, exports, imports, or supply chain.

- Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade terminology.

- Experience using ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of costing, margins, and commercial decision-making.

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday: Full Day

- Saturday: Half Day

- Full-time, office-based position

This role requires close collaboration across departments and therefore is not a remote or hybrid position.
