Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed.; leadership or school administration qualifications will be preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in school administration, including experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Headmistress/Headmaster, or senior academic leader.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE guidelines, affiliation norms, academic planning, and school operations.
- Proven ability to lead teachers, manage students, and coordinate effectively with parents and management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and team-management skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of discipline, academics, student safety, and school development.
- Experience in staff recruitment, teacher training, performance monitoring, budgeting, and institutional growth will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Implement the school’s vision, policies, and academic plans.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE standards and statutory requirements.
- Supervise teaching, learning, assessments, and student development.
- Lead teacher recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, staff, and management.
