Preschool Principal / Centre Head Location: Kandivali, Mumbai Department: Academics & Centre Operations Employment Type: Full-time | Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Experience: 4+ years in Preschool / Early Childhood Education, preferably in a leadership role Qualification: Graduation + ECCEd / ECE mandatory; B.Ed. preferred Salary: 15–20% hike on last drawn salary Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate Preschool Principal / Centre Head to lead the centre’s academic, operational, and administrative functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining academic excellence, managing staff, driving admissions, building parent relationships, and ensuring a safe and nurturing workplace for children.

Key Responsibilities Lead curriculum planning, classroom implementation, and academic quality. Monitor children’s overall development and conduct regular classroom observations. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff.

Oversee daily centre operations, safety, hygiene, discipline, and compliance. Manage parent communication, counselling, PTMs, school tours,



and parent concerns. Drive admissions, follow-ups, local outreach, and community partnerships.

Plan and execute school events, celebrations, workshops, and field trips. Maintain academic and administrative records and monitor inventory/resources. Support budgeting, procurement, and overall centre administration.

Desired Skills: Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and parent-counselling abilities. Good understanding of Early Childhood Education and curriculum. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in admissions, event management, and centre operations. Passion for creating a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

Preferred

Candidate 4+ years of relevant preschool experience, preferably in a Centre Head / Principal role. ECCEd / ECE qualification and graduation are mandatory. Proven ability to manage teams, operations, academics, parent relations, and admissions.
