We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Practice Head to lead and grow our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Practice in India, encompassing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), and Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

Location: Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

- 18–22 years of overall IT and Consulting experience.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience managing Microsoft Dynamics practices or large transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Commerce)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot)
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services




- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Robust understanding of enterprise architecture, solution governance, integration architecture, cloud platforms, data governance, and security frameworks.
- Experience owning practice strategy, business growth, delivery excellence, and financial performance.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with global delivery models and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- TOGAF Certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Azure Solution Architect Expert.
- PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are desirable.
