Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a PowerPoint (PPT) Expert. The PPT Expert will create, refine, and maintain high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including business proposals, investor decks, training materials, and client-facing content. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing visually compelling slides, structuring complex information into clear narratives, and ensuring brand consistency across all presentation materials.

The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to translate data, reports,



and strategic initiatives into engaging visual stories. The PPT Expert will also manage templates, optimize presentation workflows, and support urgent presentation needs for meetings, conferences, and client pitches.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features such as custom animations, master slides, templates, and multimedia integration.
- Proficiency in visual design principles, layout, typography, and color theory, with the ability to create clean, professional slide designs.
- Experience in translating complex data and business concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentation narratives.
- Competence with related tools such as Excel for data handling, and basic skills in graphic or image editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency in presentation content.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in creating corporate presentations for logistics, supply chain, technology, or e-commerce organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in presentation design.
