We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Sales Executive to support the sales team in day-to-day operational and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing commercial documents, coordinating with customers and internal teams, following up on proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy coordination,documentation, customer interaction, and supporting business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement, and delivery teams to obtain information required for proposals.
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing documents.
- Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding proposals, quotations, documentation, and approvals.
- Handle routine customer enquiries professionally and escalate technical discussions where required.
- Schedule customer meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and sales dashboards.
- Maintain proposal templates and document repository.




- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing and supporting documents.
- Support tender submissions and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of pre-sales documentation.
- Assist in order processing and handover to the delivery team.
- Generate periodic sales MIS reports.
- Support account managers in customer engagement activities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience using Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, AV, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services.
- Experience preparing quotations or commercial proposals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Business Coordination, Customer Support, or Pre-Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
