Power Automate Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and integration with external systems and APIs.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build cloud flows, scheduled flows, instant flows, and approval workflows.
- Develop business applications using Power Apps where required.
- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop reusable and scalable automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure connectors, expressions, variables, conditions, loops, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Automate workflows.
- Implement appropriate security, permissions, governance, and setting strategies.
- Create technical documentation, workflow specifications, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, administrators, and other technical teams.
- Support deployment of solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor automation performance and resolve failures and production issues.
- Follow Power Platform best practices and organizational governance standards.

- Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, HTTP actions, and custom connectors.
- Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of JSON, XML, expressions, and data transformation.
- Experience with Power Platform environments, solutions, connection references, and environment variables.
- Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth and service accounts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and RPA.
- Knowledge of Azure services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API Management.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with ALM and CI/CD for Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Understanding of Power Platform Center of Excellence and governance practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in software development, workflow automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Power Automate development preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
