Experience in Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate. Also, exposure/knowledge to LangGraph, Agentic AI, LangSmith, or Arize will be required or an added advantage.

Power Platform COE toolkit lead/administrator Experience: 2 to 4 yearsJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) Kit Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing the Power Platform tenant, ensuring governance and compliance, setting up automation and monitoring tools, managing data with Dataverse, and creating insightful Power BI reports. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive the adoption and optimization of the Power Platform within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tenant Administration:
2. Manage the Power Platform tenant, including licenses, permissions, and environment settings.
3. Ensure optimal configuration and maintenance of the Power Platform environments.
4. Monitor and manage capacity and usage to ensure efficient operation.

5. Governance and Compliance:
6. Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Establish and enforce best practices for Power Platform usage across the organization.
8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance policies.

9. Automation and Monitoring:
10. Set up and manage automation tools within the COE Starter Kit to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
11. Implement monitoring solutions to track performance, usage, and health of Power Platform applications.
12. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into platform operations.

13. Data Management:
14. Utilize Dataverse for data modeling and management to support business applications.
15. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility within the Power Platform.
16. Collaborate with data stewards and business units to align data management practices with organizational goals.

17. Power BI Analytics:
18. Create and interpret Power BI reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
19. Develop custom visualizations and dashboards to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
20. Train and support users in leveraging Power BI for their reporting and analytics needs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.




- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on tenant administration, governance, automation, data management, and analytics.
- Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Power Platform administration, including licenses, permissions, and environment settings.
2. Strong understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
3. Experience with automation and monitoring tools within the COE Starter Kit.
4. Expertise in using Dataverse for data modeling and management.
5. Advanced skills in Power BI for creating and interpreting reports.
6. Technologies: Power Automate Cloud ,Power Automate desktop , Copilot Studio ,Power App -Canvas app ,Model Driven app ,Vibe or Code app

7. Programming/Scripting Languages:
8. Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
9. Experience with JavaScript for customizations and integrations within the Power Platform.
10. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and management.
11. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced Power BI analytics.
12. Understanding of C# for developing custom connectors and plugins.
