Job Title: Portfolio Lead

This is a leadership role for managing, leading & growing the business under AI Factory portfolio of offerings within hybrid cloud unit- spanning on-premises infrastructure, private cloud, platforms and public cloud model for AI. This role involves working closely with sales, Pre-sales team, practice and delivery teams to understand customer needs and lead the business growth via innovative solutions. This is a team management role with senior resources to be led and directed for outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical & business / commercial foundation, excellent communication skills, and proven experience leading teams in complex, enterprise-level engagements / practices.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a business portfolio with offerings
- Mentor and manage a team of BD & Product managers
- To create, position & differentiate service offerings around Hybrid Cloud & AI
- Techno-commercial mind-set to be able to propose / develop models / business cases / use cases




- To jointly develop GTMs with market leading vendors across various technologies in hybrid cloud
- Ownership towards proposition development, it’s marketing and business aspects
- To understand and articulate / defend technology and business solutions in front of customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills, team player who can lead as well as collaborate
- Engage with CxO level stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

- 18-20+ years of experience in cloud, AI (combined) and/or DC
- MBA/PGDM + B.Tech/B.E. with minimum 60% across academics (10th, 12th, UG and last semester of PG).
- Relevant work experience
- Solid client facing and communication skills
- capable of independently thinking and guiding team members
- Vendor Interactions (HPE, Hitachi, MS, VMWare, Dell Technologies, NetApp, AWS, GCP, Cisco, AWS, MS, GCP and others).
- Good understanding of cloud / DC and AI / GenAI
