CTRLRoom Systems is a political consulting, digital communications and technology company working with political leaders, public representatives, political organisations and commercial brands.

We are looking for a Political Graphic Designer with strong Punjabi/Gurmukhi design skills to create high-quality political and social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative content for Facebook, Instagram, X and other social media platforms.

Create political posters, campaign creatives, event graphics, announcement posts, quote cards, infographics and awareness creatives.

Design engaging graphics in Punjabi/Gurmukhi and English.

Convert political content, speeches, press notes and campaign messages into visually compelling creatives.

Create graphics for politicians, public representatives and political campaigns.

Design creatives for rallies, public meetings, constituency visits, development works and public announcements.

Work closely with Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Video Editors and the political consulting team.

Maintain consistency in political branding, colours, typography and visual identity.

Create multiple creative concepts and design variations when required.

Handle urgent and time-sensitive creatives during political events and campaigns.

Stay updated with current political and social media design trends.





Deliver high-quality designs within strict deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong Punjabi/Gurmukhi typography and design skills.

Good understanding of Punjab’s culture, politics, current affairs and local issues.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools is an advantage.

Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout and colour theory.

Ability to create modern, premium and attention-grabbing political creatives.

Understanding of Facebook and Instagram creative formats.

Ability to work under pressure and meet quick turnaround requirements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to take creative feedback.

Preferred Candidate

Must be currently based in Punjab, India.

Strong command of Punjabi/Gurmukhi.

Experience designing Punjabi social media content.

Previous experience with political campaigns, political consulting firms, media houses, advertising agencies or digital agencies will be preferred.

Good understanding of Punjab’s political and social environment.

- Robust portfolio showcasing social media and political creative work.

Experience

1–4 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.

Candidates with exceptional portfolios and strong Punjabi political design skills may also be considered.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
