nnKey Responsibilities

nnDevelop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using planning tools and Gantt charts

nPrepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and execution timelines for site operations

nTrack daily site progress and update project schedules based on actual execution status

nAnalyze schedule variances, identify delays/slippages, and highlight critical path activities proactively

nCoordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors for real-time progress inputs

nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with schedule analysis and milestone tracking

nSupport execution teams with activity prioritization, recovery plans, and target-based scheduling

nPlan manpower, material, and equipment deployment aligned with project timelines

nAssist in baseline schedule preparation, revised planning, and catch-up/recovery schedules





nEnsure timely completion of project milestones through effective planning and monitoring

nMaintain planning documentation, reports, and progress records within project management systems

nDrive schedule adherence and support project teams in achieving committed delivery timelines

nDesired Candidate Profile

nn5–10 years of experience in Civil Project Planning for residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects

nPMP certification is must

nStrong understanding of project scheduling, construction sequencing, and site execution coordination

nHands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and project tracking applications

nAbility to interpret site progress, analyze delays, and prepare recovery strategies

nGood coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills

nExperience in handling multi-disciplinary construction activities and milestone-driven projects preferred
