We are seeking a hands-on, rugged Plant HR Manager to build our HR, payroll, and compliance infrastructure entirely from scratch, and then stay on permanently to manage day-to-day factory operations. Required Candidate profile Deep expertise in Haryana Factories Rules, contract labor laws, and cloud biometric systems (eSSL/ZKTeco) High emotional intelligence to handle blue-collar disputes and strict operational discipline. .
