Project Planning & Scheduling :

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using software such as MS Project to ensure timely project execution.

Budget Management:

Prepare and maintain project budgets, including cost analysis, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), BOR (Bill of Rates), and rate analysis, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints

Resource Planning:

Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress against schedules and provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders. Review of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Delay Reports (DRs) and Tracking Reports (TRs).



Progress and Cost monitoring

Technical Review:

Review project designs, drawings, and technical reports to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards

Risk Assessment

Identify potential delays and bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.

Coordination:

Work closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of project schedules, milestones, and delays, and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams to address scheduling concerns.

Team Building:

·Building and leading a team of planners, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure their career development

·This includes team-building activities, conflict resolution training, and communication workshops.

Training and Development :

- Conducting training sessions for the team on project planning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
