Role Description The Placement Coordinator (Fresher) will support the end-to-end placement process for learners enrolled in clinical research and related courses. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune District and involves coordinating with hiring partners, scheduling interviews, maintaining placement records, and assisting learners with job applications. The role includes organizing mock interviews, supporting resume and profile preparation, and sharing job opportunities through appropriate communication channels.

The Placement

Coordinator will interact regularly with learners to understand their career goals, provide basic guidance on interview readiness, and ensure timely follow-up with employers.



The individual will collaborate with the academic and administration teams to align placement activities with course completion timelines and institutional standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build professional relationships with learners and employer partners.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written communication in English and local languages as needed.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support and a positive experience for learners and recruiters.
- Candidates should possess an interest or background in Education or training environments, with the ability to understand course structures and career paths.
- Candidates should possess basic Recruiting-related skills, such as coordinating interviews, screening profiles, and managing placement databases.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, management, or human resources.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, online communication tools, and spreadsheet management.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records; prior internship or project experience in placements or HR is an advantage but not mandatory.
