We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Placement Officer to manage job opportunities, candidate profiles, interview coordination, and placement activities for our trained candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant job opportunities for candidates across Naukri, LinkedIn, company career portals, and other job platforms.
- Search and apply for suitable openings based on candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and preferred locations.
- Manage and regularly update candidate profiles on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with recruiters, HR professionals, staffing companies, and hiring partners regarding suitable opportunities.
- Track applications, recruiter responses, interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining status.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/companies.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview availability and preparation.
- Work closely with the training and interview-preparation teams to identify candidate readiness.
- Maintain accurate daily records of job applications,



interviews, selections, rejections, offers, and placements.
- Build relationships with recruiters, consultancies, staffing partners, and companies to generate placement opportunities.
- Identify hiring trends and frequently demanded skills in the AI and IT job market.
- Support candidates throughout the placement lifecycle, from profile preparation to successful joining.
- Achieve defined weekly and monthly placement and interview targets.

Required Skills
- Positive understanding of Naukri, LinkedIn, and online job portals.
- Strong job-search and candidate-profile management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with recruiters and candidates.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Strong coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining placement trackers.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and job opportunities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of IT/software roles is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI/IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
