Job Summary:
Flipkart Minutes is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Picker / Packer to join our dark store/micro-fulfillment hub. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling incoming quick-commerce grocery and instant-delivery customer orders quickly and accurately to maintain hyper-rapid turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Locate, retrieve, and scan grocery and household items from designated racks or shelves using handheld barcode scanners according to digital order lists.
- Quality & Expiry Check: Inspect items during picking to ensure correct packaging, check expiry dates, and
- discard damaged or sub-standard goods.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
