Role Description The Physiotherapist Delhi 2 role at PhysioPlus is a temporary, hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with a mix of in-clinic and work-from-home responsibilities. The physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to improve mobility, function, and pain management. Daily tasks include conducting clinical evaluations, documenting patient progress, coordinating follow-up sessions, and using PhysioPlus tools for digital records, prescription, and scheduling.
The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, participation in training and CME modules,
and adherence to standardized protocols to ensure safe, effective care. The physiotherapist will also educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, posture, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term rehabilitation outcomes.
Qualifications
- Clinical physiotherapy skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution across musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation cases.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for clinic management, including electronic health records, digital documentation, and appointment scheduling systems.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and participation in CME, training modules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, managing both in-person clinical work in Delhi and remote administrative or educational tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution; MPT or specialized certifications in relevant areas are an advantage.
- Valid registration or license to practice physiotherapy as required by local regulations; prior experience in clinical or hospital-based physiotherapy is preferred.
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethical practice, and sensitivity to diverse patient backgrounds and needs.
