Job Summary

We are looking for a Phlebotomist to manage blood and other diagnostic sample collection at our clinic’s sample collection centre. The candidate should be comfortable with patient handling, sample collection, basic nursing support, pharmacy-related assistance, and driving for sample collection or clinic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood and other laboratory samples safely and accurately.
- Follow proper identification, labelling, storage, and transportation procedures for samples.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sample collection area.
- Handle patients politely and provide basic assistance before and after sample collection.
- Assist with basic nursing care when required.
- Support basic pharmacy-related activities as required.
- Maintain sample records and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with diagnostic laboratories for timely dispatch of samples.
- Handle home sample collection when required.
- Drive the clinic vehicle for home sample collection, sample transportation, and other clinic-related requirements.




- Maintain the vehicle and report any maintenance requirements.
- Follow infection-control and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements
- Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / Phlebotomy certification or relevant experience.
- Previous experience in phlebotomy or diagnostic sample collection preferred.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and pharmacy assistance.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable driving for clinic/home sample collection requirements.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.

- Good venipuncture (blood collection) skills.
- Friendly and skilled attitude.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to handle multiple responsibilities.

Driving Licence: Mandatory Phlebotomy/Sample Collection Experience: Preferred

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
