Role Description The Pharmacy Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Serampore-Uttarpara.

The Pharmacy

Assistant will support daily pharmacy operations, including receiving and processing prescriptions, preparing medications under supervision, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include providing courteous customer service, answering patient questions, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating with healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves managing inventory, checking stock levels, organizing shelves,



and ensuring that medicines are stored and labeled correctly.

The Pharmacy

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong prescription handling skills and an understanding of basic pharmacy procedures.
