Minimum Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

- Planning and execution of piping jobs of repair/refit/conversion of ships.

- Timely completion of piping jobs as per scope of work.

- Compliance of safety and quality norms of Ship yard.

- Managing subcontractor's manpower and adherence to job schedule.

- Ensuring the smooth workflow, coordinating with inter-departments.

- Rendering various Reports etc.

- Identification of SOW.

- Microplanning and scheduling.

- Preparation of Drawing &
- BOM.

- Raising of various material and service PRs.

- Execution of SOW as per DLs.

- Ensuring EHS and Quality norms.

- Undertaking various inspections, HATs, and SATs.

Qualifications and Experience

- Sound knowledge of ship's system and equipment.





- Competency in pipe fabrication, erection, and commissioning.

- Reading and preparation of drawings and BOM.

- Sound domain knowledge on Piping &
- Marine related systems.

- Working experience on Refit ships on Piping/Engineering systems.

- Piping fabrication and erection knowledge.

- Leadership qualities.

- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP.

- Exposure to shipyard safety and quality norms.
