Strmly Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, proactive, and highly execution-oriented Personal Brand & Content Growth Intern to work directly on the personal Instagram account of our founder, Rishab Raj.

This is NOT a traditional social media management role.

You won't just schedule posts or upload Reels.

Your job will be to help grow the account, build Rishab's personal brand, and bring actual creator collaborations.

What you'll do

- Create weekly & monthly content calendars
- Generate viral content ideas & references
- Assist with scripting and content development
- Research trends and successful creators
- Find and reach out to influencers & creators for collaborations
- Bring actual collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate creators, dates, locations & shoots
- Analyze Instagram performance and follower growth




- Study competitors and identify new content formats
- Develop strategies to increase followers and strengthen personal branding

What we're looking for

- Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels
- Creative thinking & excellent ideation
- Good communication and networking skills
- Comfortable approaching creators/influencers
- Strong research skills
- Valuable at identifying trends and viral formats
- Scriptwriting ability
- Proactive and independent mindset
- Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

Work Structure

Remote / Work From Home

6 days/week

Flexible working hours

3-month internship

Stipend + Performance Incentives

Month 1: ₹5,000 fixed + ₹5,000 incentive

Month 2: ₹10,000 fixed + ₹10,000 incentive

Month 3: ₹20,000 fixed + ₹20,000 incentive
