Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPC, and CTR
- Handle media planning, budgeting, and campaign forecasting
- Lead client communication for campaign updates, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
- Analyze campaign insights and prepare detailed performance reports
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure smooth campaign execution

Qualifications





- Prior agency experience is mandatory
- Experience handling domestic brands across industries
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid campaigns
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of campaign scaling, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking
- Understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, and reporting dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
