We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to put our app at the top of the App Store and Play Store charts. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who doesn't need a manual. You’ll have the chance to build your own team and have flexibility in terms of strategy. The goal is to get ads to work.

What You'll Do

- Set up, manage, and scale ads on App Store, Google, YouTube, TikTok and Meta.
- Use A/B testing and ASO tactics to climb the Top Charts.
- Write clean, persuasive copy and use video editing skills to polish ads.
- Use your high creative standards to ensure every video, sound, and font choice makes the ad highly convertible.
- Research consumers, competitors, trends, and internet culture to identify new opportunities.
- Use data and research to evaluate what’s working and guide marketing decisions.
- Support influencer and UGC marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- You have 1–2 years of experience in app,



product, or consumer marketing.
- You can spot a winning ad in two seconds and then go build the technical experiment to prove it.
- Your language skills are sharp, and your marketing copy is crisp and effective.
- You’re ready to do whatever it takes to win the #1 spot in the market.
- You’re excited about high-impact campaign moments.
- You’re passionate about consumer products, social media, and internet culture.

- Availability: <3 weeks
- Work Type: Full-time - 6 days per week in-office
- Work Location: New Delhi, India
- Prior startup experience is highly valued.
- Compensation Range: INR 6,00,000 - INR 8,00,000 LPA (The final package depends on skills, experience, and abilities – not your degree.)
