About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. The candidate should be analytical, strategic, and comfortable working with data to drive campaign performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop media plans, campaign strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns based on the objective.
- Set up and monitor tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse campaign and website data to identify trends and growth opportunities.




- Create performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Work with creative/content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients/stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to create strategies, media plans, and performance reports.
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
