Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Performance Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other relevant digital networks.

Responsibilities include managing performance dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and regularly analyzing campaign data to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. The role involves collaborating with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaigns with client objectives, landing pages, and brand guidelines. The specialist will conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages, manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with the ability to manage multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,



Meta Ads Manager, and basic Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and A/B testing for creatives and landing pages.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative and content teams to align ad messaging, visuals, and landing page experiences with performance goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in an agency or multi-client environment and familiarity with branding and digital strategy are beneficial.
