Roles and Responsibilties -

- Agency experience is mandatory, with proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns for multiple industries/sectors and diverse client accounts.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and business outcomes.
- Drive and manage high-volume lead generation campaigns, with excellent understanding of conversion funnels, customer acquisition, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
- Build and optimize Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, Retargeting, Shopping, and Lead Generation campaigns across platforms.
- Manage large advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, continuous optimization, and profitable campaign scaling.
- Develop audience strategies including targeting,



retargeting, lookalike audiences, segmentation, and funnel-based campaigns.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve conversions.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, GA4, GTM, and attribution for reliable performance measurement.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare client reports, dashboards, performance presentations, and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative, and PR teams to develop integrated paid + organic digital strategies.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, manage multiple client accounts, ensure timely execution, and maintain campaign quality and performance.
- Act as a strategic client partner, presenting campaign strategies and results, identifying growth opportunities, and staying updated with AI tools, platform trends, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
