Role OverviewWe are looking for a Performance Marketer / Media Buyer who loves understanding what makes people click, engage, and buy.

This role is for someone who enjoys working beyond just campaign setup — someone who wants to understand brands, audiences, creatives, and consumer behaviour to create campaigns that generate real results.

You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns for growing brands.

What You Will Work On

- Planning and managing performance campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Creating strategies focused on:
- Brand growth
- Lead generation
- Sales and conversions
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Testing different:
- Audiences
- Creatives
- Messaging
- Campaign structures




- Working with the creative team to develop ads that don't just look valuable but perform.
- Understanding customer journeys and improving conversion funnels.
- Preparing performance reports and sharing actionable insights.

Required Skills & QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has a strong foundation in performance marketing and enjoys taking ownership of campaign growth.

Mandatory:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns focused on sales, conversions, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads Manager
- Pixel setup
- Conversion tracking
- Analytics and campaign reporting

- Understanding of:
- Funnel strategy
- Consumer behaviour
- Marketing psychology
- Creative testing frameworks

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- Experience working with D2C brands
- FMCG and e-commerce advertising experience
- Shopify advertising experience
- Experience scaling products through paid media campaigns
- Understanding of online customer journeys and conversion funnels

AI & Modern Marketing SkillsThe digital advertising ecosystem is evolving rapidly,



and we are looking for someone who actively explores new-age marketing tools.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools for:

- Market research
- Audience research
- Ad copy creation
- Creative ideation
- Data analysis
- Campaign insights

Knowledge of tools like:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- AI creative tools
- Marketing automation tools
