About eHam is a QR Code Service Provider helping businesses create professional QR solutions including agile QR codes, digital menus, business profiles, Google Review QR codes, WhatsApp QR codes, landing pages and more.

We are looking for a Performance Marketer – Google Ads & SEO Specialist to take ownership of our paid and organic search growth.

What You'll Do

- Take complete ownership of Google Ads, including campaign strategy, keyword research, bidding, search-term analysis, negative keywords, ad optimisation and budget management.
- Focus on generating genuine, qualified leads and continuously improve CPL, conversion rate and overall campaign performance.
- Audit and optimise our website and landing pages to improve search relevance and lead conversion.
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve eHam's visibility for high-intent QR-code related searches.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking and content optimisation.
- Monitor Google Analytics,



Google Search Console and conversion tracking to identify opportunities and performance issues.
- Regularly analyse results, experiment, optimise and scale what works.

- What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and SEO.
- Strong experience in lead-generation campaigns, preferably for SaaS, technology or service businesses.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads, keyword strategy, bidding, conversion tracking and analytics.
- Practical knowledge of on-page, technical and content SEO.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of performance.
