PCB Machine Operator – FreelanceTESNIX is looking for a skilled and reliable PCB Machine Operator to support PCB manufacturing and fabrication activities on a freelance basis.

Role OverviewThe candidate will be responsible for operating and supporting PCB fabrication machinery, ensuring accurate production, proper machine setup, and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate PCB drilling machines for accurate hole placement and fabrication.
- Perform PCB routing and cutting operations as per design requirements.
- Operate CNC / PCB fabrication machines.
- Assist with machine setup, tool selection, and basic calibration.
- Follow PCB fabrication drawings and manufacturing requirements.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and operational checks.
- Monitor production quality and identify fabrication issues.
- Maintain proper machine operation, safety, and workspace standards.
- Support prototype and small-batch PCB manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements





- Basic to good knowledge of PCB manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Experience operating PCB drilling, routing, CNC, or related machines.
- Understanding of PCB fabrication and manufacturing practices.
- Ability to read and understand PCB layouts/drawings.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work on a freelance/project basis.
- Freshers with relevant practical knowledge may also be considered.
