Main Responsibilities

- Supervise workers carrying out visual inspection of parts before packaging.
- Ensure parts are checked for damage, defects, scratches, wrong size, or other visible issues.
- Supervise the packaging team and ensure correct parts, quantity, and packaging method are used.
- Ensure finished goods are properly labelled and packed safely.
- Maintain accurate stock records of all parts and finished goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and report shortages or stock differences.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding the availability of parts for inspection and packaging.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Train and guide workers on proper visual inspection and packaging procedures.
- Report any quality issues, damaged parts, stock shortages, or packaging problems to management.
- Ensure daily inspection, packaging,



and inventory records are maintained properly.
