As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. The position requires working with various tools and platforms to maintain seamless integration and compatibility, while continuously monitoring and improving system functionality to support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Strong understanding of application release management and version control processes.
- Familiarity with API testing and integration validation techniques.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools to ensure quality assurance.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
