Outbound Sales Executive – Puja & Spiritual Services

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Outbound Sales Executive for a fast-growing spiritual platform offering online pujas, Vedic rituals and religious remedies.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and convert hot/warm leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Pujas, Vedic rituals and spiritual/remedial services.
- Explain the significance, process and benefits of different rituals in a simple and convincing manner.
- Follow up systematically with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve defined daily, weekly and monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain lead status, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.

Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of Puja-Path, Hindu/Vedic rituals, festivals and traditional remedies.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and closing skills.
- Comfortable with both hot-lead conversion and cold calling.




- Sales-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; regional languages will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in spirituality, astrology, faith-tech, religious services, telesales or inside sales preferred.

Work Model & Compensation
- Work From Home
- 2–4 office visits per month for training, reviews and team meetings.
- Fixed salary attractive performance-linked incentives.
- Strong performers will have significant earning potential through incentives.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who genuinely understands the spiritual/religious category, can build trust quickly over the phone, and is highly motivated to convert conversations into sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
