Role Description The Outlet Manager role at Bombay Boba & Co. is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Outlet

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, shift supervision, and adherence to standard operating procedures. This role manages customer interactions, resolves concerns, and ensures a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality service setting.

Manager monitors inventory levels,



coordinates ordering and stock rotation, and maintains hygiene, safety, and brand presentation standards. Additional responsibilities include basic sales tracking, reporting, and supporting local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Proven People Management skills, including leading teams, delegating tasks, and motivating staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience with Inventory Management, including tracking stock, minimizing waste, and coordinating timely replenishment.
- Previous experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by outlet operations.
- Basic understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
