We are looking for a energetic candidate who receives business enquiries and orders from Online platform, hotels, institutions, offices, hospitals, schools, and other B2B customers, convert enquiries into confirmed orders, coordinate fulfilment, and ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Receive enquiries

Contact potential customers promptly through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Understand customer requirements, including Product required, Quantity, Size/specification, Delivery location, Required delivery date

Maintain a Lead Register ( Microsoft Excel ) with complete enquiry details.

Follow up regularly until the enquiry is converted, lost, or closed.

Understand their recurring requirements

Prepare product quotations according to quantity and customer requirements.

Coordinate for samples, pricing approval, and bulk orders.

Maintain customer-wise purchase and requirement history.

Prepare and send quotations.

Follow up on quotations for confirmation.

Convert confirmed enquiries into sales orders.

Verify Customer name and address, GST details, if applicable

Enter confirmed orders into the ERP/accounting/order management system.





Inventory & Dispatch Coordination with warehouse such as Check stock availability before confirming orders.

Coordinate with the warehouse for Product picking, Packing, Quantity verification

Dispatch readiness, Coordinate with transporters/courier services.

Share dispatch and tracking details with customers.

Follow up until successful delivery.

Payment & Account Coordination

Coordinate with account department regarding Advance payment, Outstanding payment, Credit terms, Invoice generation

Follow up with customers for pending payments when required.

Maintain payment status against each order.

Desired Qualification

Graduation (non technical), Microsoft Office , familiar with ERP software and order processing system on ERP

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
