As an Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems,



contributing to the overall strategy and success of client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle SQL Developer to develop and deploy HR solutions
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic HR planning
- Managing project budgets and timelines to deliver successful Oracle HCM implementations
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Supporting change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions in HR processes
- Engaging in workforce planning and analytics to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in any two modules, Helpdesk, Talent,Compensation, Payroll and Learn
- Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud for workforce transformation projects
- Navigating complex client engagements with strategic human resource planning
- Developing insights through Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management implementations
