About the group (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

About the role: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes in Schneider Electric and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.

Qualifications & Certifications

1. B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
2. Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience

General

1. Minimum 5+ years of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
2. Good knowledge in Hire to Retire business process.
3. Should have completed atleast 1 implementation in Compensation module & Application Security
4. Exposure to any other module is highly preferred – WFA / Talent / Absence / Benefits / OTL
5. Atleast 1 years of experience in working through Agile Project Management model
6. Should be a go-getter and robust collaborative mindset
7. Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
8. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
9. Willingness to learn new products and processes

Functional

1.



Good Knowledge in Compensation setups & Application Security setups (Roles, Privileges etc).
2. Experience in designing OTBI & BIP Reports
3. Subject Matter expertise in doing personalization for complex scenarios
4. Configuration expertise on other modules is highly preferred
5. Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
6. Strong in consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.

Technical/Project Management

1. Should have expertise in HCM Data Loader & BI Publisher tools
2. Experience of writing Fast Formulas
3. Expert in SQL programming (Advanced level)
4. Exposure to Cloud architecture

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects
2. Resolve technical / config issues
3. Lead special initiatives and continuous improvement activities
4. Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets
5. Lead testing activities for Release Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation
6. Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updates
7. Should be able to manage regular product upgrades
8. Support GDPR and Data Privacy topics
9. Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
10. Train the peers and business users via Change Management process.
11. Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Process (DRP).

Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)

1. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
2. Exposure to any leading RPA tool

Shift Timings This is a Global Project spanning several countries in various time zone. Depending on the need the requirement would be to work in different time zones including US time zones.
