Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Techno-Functional Consultant to implement, enhance, integrate, and support Oracle Customer Experience applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, Projects, IT, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end customer lifecycle processes. The role requires strong Oracle CX functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and an understanding of integrations between Oracle CX, Oracle Fusion ERP, and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements relating to customer management, sales, opportunities, leads, service requests, contracts, and order processing.
- Configure and support Oracle CX modules, including:
- Oracle Sales Cloud
- Oracle Service Cloud
- Customer Data Management
- Enterprise Contracts
- Oracle CPQ, where applicable
- Design end-to-end business processes integrating Oracle CX with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Manage customer and account synchronization between Oracle CX and Fusion ERP.
- Integrate CX opportunities, quotations, contracts, sales orders, invoices, receipts, and customer balances with Fusion applications.
- Work with Oracle Fusion modules such as Receivables, Order Management, Projects, Procurement, and General Ledger.
- Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, and file-based interfaces.
- Configure CX application objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval rules, validations, and business rules.
- Develop extensions and integrations using Groovy scripting, Application Composer, Visual Builder, and Oracle REST APIs.
- Support customer master-data governance, duplicate prevention, data enrichment, and data-quality controls.
- Design and maintain role-based access, data-security policies, territory structures, and user provisioning.




- Develop operational reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Participate in data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, integration specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Oracle CX, Fusion ERP, OIC, and connected applications.
- Assess Oracle quarterly updates, identify business impacts, and coordinate regression testing.
- Work with Oracle Support to raise and manage service requests through resolution.
- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, Oracle consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure that solutions comply with organizational security, audit, data-privacy, and change-management requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of experience working with Oracle applications.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CX Cloud.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle CX implementation or major enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Sales, Service, Customer Data Management, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Oracle CX with Oracle Fusion ERP.




- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Receivables, Order Management, Projects, Procurement, and General Ledger.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based integrations.
- Experience with Application Composer, Page Composer, Groovy scripting, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Strong knowledge of customer, contact, lead, opportunity, quotation, contract, order, invoice, and service-request processes.
- Experience in data migration, interface reconciliation, security configuration, testing, and production support.
- Ability to prepare clear functional and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Oracle CX or Oracle Fusion Cloud certification.
- Experience with Oracle CPQ, Digital Customer Service, Visual Builder, or APEX.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subscription Management and Enterprise Contracts.
- Experience integrating Oracle CX with CRM, ERP, payment, banking, real-estate, or customer-portal applications.
- Understanding of DevOps, release management, and Oracle quarterly-update testing.
- Experience supporting multi-country and multi-entity Oracle Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid implementation methodologies.
