Role: Oracle ARCS Consultant

Location: Pan India

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Must Have Skills

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementation and support
- Solid knowledge of:
- Account Reconciliation
- Transaction Matching
- Reconciliation Compliance
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Period-End Close Processes
- Experience in ARCS configuration, workflow setup, and business rule creation
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem and integrations
- Experience in requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and production support
- Understanding of financial accounting and reconciliation processes

Good to Have Skills

- Experience with Oracle EPM modules such as FCCS, EDMCS, or Planning
- Knowledge of Data Management, Data Integration, and EPM Automate




- Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, etc.)
- Oracle Cloud/EPM certifications

Responsibilities

- Implement and support Oracle ARCS solutions for reconciliation and financial close processes
- Configure reconciliation formats, profiles, workflows, and transaction matching rules
- Analyze business requirements and provide optimal reconciliation solutions
- Support data integration, testing, deployment, and user training activities
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to enhance reconciliation processes and compliance
