Operator - Metal Solvent Extraction Plant and leaching

We are looking for a Plant Operator with a chemical background to operate and monitor the Metal Solvent Extraction and Leaching Plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining process parameters, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor leaching and solvent extraction units as per SOPs.
- Maintain required process parameters like temperature, flow rate, and pH.
- Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper chemical dosing.
- Record daily production data and report deviations or abnormalities.
- Support routine maintenance and cleaning of process equipment.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards in the plant.
- Assist in troubleshooting process or equipment-related issues.

Requirements:

- Experience in metal extraction / hydrometallurgy / chemical process plant operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, and reactors.
- Strong understanding of process safety and chemical handling procedures.
- Willingness to work in shifts and plant setting.
