Team Leader – Flipkart Last-Mile Warehouse Job Responsibilities: Hire and onboard delivery executives (Delivery Boys) as per manpower requirements. Manage daily manpower planning, attendance, and productivity. Handle end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.
Ensure daily delivery targets and operational KPIs are achieved. Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues. Prepare and share daily operational reports with management. Coordinate with delivery executives and ensure smooth shift operations.
Maintain proper process compliance and follow company guidelines. Be flexible to work in rotational shifts .
Key Skills: Valuable team management and communication skills. Ability to handle manpower and operational challenges. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Basic knowledge of reporting and MS Excel. Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations is preferred.
