Operations & Trainer Sourcing Associate - WFO

We are looking for a reliable and organised Operations, Trainer Sourcing & Pre-Sales Associate to support our international training programmes. The role will focus on trainer sourcing, pre-sales support, client requirements, and day-to-day training operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTrainer Sourcing & Coordination

- Source and onboard expert trainers across technical and non-technical domains, including AWS, Azure, DevOps, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, React, Angular, Node.js, and Python.
- Identify and engage freelance trainers through LinkedIn and other qualified platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong trainer pipeline for upcoming programmes.
- Coordinate discussions and calls with subject matter experts.

Training Operations & Pre-Sales

- Coordinate international technical and corporate training programmes.
- Support trainer allocation, client requirements, logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist with pre-sales activities,



including understanding requirements and identifying suitable trainers.
- Ensure training programmes run smoothly and efficiently.

Talent Sourcing

- Conduct online research, Boolean searches, market mapping, and passive candidate outreach.
- Screen trainers based on their skills, experience, availability, and suitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months–1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, pre-sales, operations, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, research, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, sourcing tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
