Manager – Operations

About us

Three Words Capital is a wealth advisory firm working with family and institutional clients across public markets, private and unlisted opportunities, and real assets. We advise Indian promoter families on investments, succession planning and capital allocation.

The role

We are looking for one person to own our operations function end to end. This is not a slot within a larger back office you will run the entire operating engine of the firm and build the processes as we scale. You will work directly with the founders and the advisory team.

What you'll do

- Run our wealth management platform (Wealth Spectrum): master setup, transaction capture, corporate actions, portfolio accounting and report generation
- Reconcile holdings and transactions across custodians, RTAs and depositories — CAMS, KFintech, NSDL/CDSL, broker and bank statements
- Manage client onboarding end to end: KYC, account opening, PMS/AIF documentation, DDPI/POA and related paperwork
- Produce consolidated client reporting across mutual funds, direct equity, bonds, AIF, PMS, unlisted shares and real assets, including XIRR/TWRR performance reporting
- Coordinate with AMCs, PMS providers, custodians and RTAs on execution,



settlement and query resolution
- Support compliance filings, audits and regulatory reporting
- Own data integrity across the client and asset base — the advisory team's work depends on it

What we're looking for

- 3 to 7 years in operations at a wealth management firm, family office, or MFO
- Hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum. Candidates with deep Valuefy, Asset Vantage or comparable platform experience will be considered
- Demonstrated ownership of a full operations cycle rather than a single function
- Strong command of reconciliation, corporate actions and multi-asset portfolio reporting
- Working knowledge of SEBI RIA/PMS/AIF operating requirements
- Comfortable being a one-person function: organised, self-directed, and willing to do the work as well as design the process
