Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Barjora. This role oversees day-to-day mining and metals operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling operations, coordinating with maintenance and logistics teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements.

The Operations

Manager will manage and develop on-site teams, address operational issues promptly, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves reporting operational performance to senior management, managing resources and budgets,



and collaborating with external partners and vendors as needed.
